Greenfield Architects Completes Design Drawings for Starbucks

Lancaster, PA---Greenfield Architects has completed the design drawings for a 2,500 square foot one-story Starbucks building shell off Greenfield Road in Lancaster, PA.

Highlights of the new building include a drive thru lane for takeout orders with space for up to 16 cars stacking with a separate pass-thru lane, outdoor dining patio with future contemporary offset pergola and outdoor furniture, bike rack for local residents, large storefront windows for natural light into the retail space with canvas canopies for summer shade. The building design is contextual to the community center with masonry and cement board siding, and the Starbucks branding. The interior fitout will be performed by others.

According to Greenfield Architects' Ross Ansel, Senior Project Architect "This is going to be a great addition to Greenfield's residential and business community center. Adding a high quality coffee shop will expand Greenfield's offerings, provide great food and drinks, and build a unique shared place where diverse businesses, individuals, and families can come together to support the Greenfield community center's ever-growing campus. This new building came to fruition from a survey of the tenants, residents, students, and business associates as the number one preferred amenity to be added to the Greenfield community center to support the mission to cultivate an environment where people and businesses thrive to their fullest potential. The new Starbucks is expected to serve the community in the Summer of 2023.

High Construction Company was selected as the General Contractor for the project. Construction is slated to begin within the next few weeks.
