The development comprises a robust foundation system with standard spread concrete footings. The steel frame structure includes steel columns, joist girders, and joists, topped by a metal roof deck with rigid insulation and a single-ply EPDM membrane. The exterior envelope combines CMU veneer, brick masonry cavity walls, and EIFS, all supported by a lightweight steel stud wall system. Throughout the center, a thermally broken insulated glass storefront system invites shoppers.

Notable retailers include Kohl’s, Christmas Tree Shops, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, Staples, Petco, and others.
