Project Overview
Our firm designed a new medical office building for Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (OAL), one of the top orthopedic surgery practices in Lancaster County, PA, which specializes in diagnosing and treating orthopedic problems and injuries: Hand, Shoulder, Spine, Trauma, Total Joint Replacement, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, and Foot & Ankle.

The 38,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility contains patient waiting areas, 19 examination and consultation rooms; physical therapy gym, specially designed for athletes' rehabilitation; eight casting rooms; largest Tesla Open MRI in the County; three fully digital x-ray rooms; conference room; support facilities; administration offices; billing offices.
Design of building included coordination of building shell components, interior fitout, coordination of interior design and finishes, and integrating systems with the surgery center architect for 10,000 square-foot ambulatory surgery center featuring three fully equipped operating rooms; pre- and post-operative rooms; procedure room for pain management. The new medical center offers easy access with ample adjacent parking.
