Project Overview
Increasing staffing levels, the number of law enforcement officers, and the number of vehicles have all contributed to the need for replacement of the existing facility, which was built in 1982.

The new building is 13,753 SF including a 3,105 SF First Floor, 3,020 SF Second Floor, 7,628 SF Maintenance Garage with pull through Wash Bay, and covered Fuel Island with two 10,000-gallon underground fuel storage tanks and two Gasboy fuel dispensers for gas and diesel.
The project program includes three pull-thru Maintenance Service Bays with three vehicle lifts, lube reels, exhaust system and natural light directed to the center of the bays, a pull-thru Wash Bay with undercarriage auto washing and hand wand manual washing, Wash Equipment Room with water reclamation system, a Fuel Bay with dispenser equipment controlled by the Owner's FOB system, Parts Room, Fluid Storage Room with containment tanks, Boiler Room, Compressor Room, LEED Display Room for Innovation Credits, Breakroom with Kitchen, Men’s and Women’s Restrooms and Locker Rooms with showers, Conference Room with AV equipment, Arborist Office, Road Fleet Office, Open Office area with office cubicles and large roof mounted sloping skylights, Storage Room, Data Room, Print Room, Mezzanine, Mechanical Room, and Electrical Room.
The project includes LEED v4 for BD+C New Construction for Gold Certification for the Township to be stewards of sustainability and set a precedence for the community.
