Building 264 New Distribution Facility served as the major east coast distribution center for Albertson’s supermarket (also known as Acme’s Eastern Distribution Center).

With 134 guestrooms, this 4-story hotel is conveniently located halfway between Philadelphia and New York City, making it the perfect choice for travelers.

The single-story, 16,000-sq-ft building, with a 2,300-sq-ft mezzanine, features High Concrete Group, of Denver, Pa. precast concrete architectural panels as a key component. The panels incorporate two colors of cement with a combination of light and heavy sandblasted finishes, coupled with an intricate reveal pattern, according to Francis S. Fox, president of Greenfield Architects Ltd.

This new five-story, 120 room extended stay hotel is located near the popular attractions of Harrisburg, PA, including the Gettysburg Battlefields, the William Grove Speedway, Hershey Park, Roundtop Mountain Resort, and is an ideal place to stay while visiting Messiah University.

The client challenged Greenfield Architects to create a design that incorporated office, maintenance, and cooler warehouse storage facilities on one site with limited access. Located west of their existing facility in Conestoga, the $30 million warehouse more than doubles the company's refrigerated storage capacity and replaces a 34,000-square-foot warehouse.

Our firm designed a new medical office building for Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (OAL), one of the top orthopedic surgery practices in Lancaster County, PA, which specializes in diagnosing and treating orthopedic problems and injuries: Hand, Shoulder, Spine, Trauma, Total Joint Replacement, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, and Foot & Ankle.

Mill Creek Square, a 285,000 square foot retail center, stands prominently along Rt. 30 in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Amish Tourism. This bustling regional community shopping center spans 35 acres and features three distinct buildings, accommodating over two dozen tenant fit-outs.

Our firm provided design services for interior renovations across all three floors, revitalizing Cairn University's Lifelong Learning/Educational Building (previously known as Philadelphia Biblical University). It was designed in three phases over three years, with the majority of the work being completed in the first phase to establish the utility and life safety requirements for renovations on all three floors. As a result of the newly renovated building, Cairn University is now able to offer a New Student Welcome Center, a vibrant hub for the university's educational offerings.

Administrators at Millersville University decided to expand campus parking by adding a new four-level, 110,000-square-foot garage to an existing lot.

This four-story, 123-room Hilton Garden Inn on Highland Park Boulevard in Wilkes-Barre, PA, features three outdoor terraces, an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa, a fitness center, a convenience mart, meeting space, a business center, and a buffet area with dining space.
